A commitment of appointments is required from the hosted buyer for the duration of their time at the show.

3 full days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) = 16 x 15-minute meetings
2 full days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) = 12 x 15-minute meetings
1 full day = 6 meetings x 15-minute meetings

All registrations are subject to approval from The Meetings Show. Applications from the same office or organisation will be reviewed individually. Applicants from the same organisation will be approved if they can demonstrate they look after different areas or accounts and will be looking at booking appointments with different suppliers.

As part of the STAR Your World hosted buyer group we are excited to be jointly collaborating with the Sea Containers Hotel to host a cocktail on the first night of the show.

This is available to hosted buyers who have registered for the 2 or 3 day attendance (Limited places)
