LIVE YOUR MYTH IN GREECE

VISIT ATHENS – EUROPE’S HISTORICAL CAPITAL

Welcome to Athens, the birthplace of democracy, arts, science and philosophy of western civilization. With a history spanning around 3,400 years, the city of the Acropolis is an open-air museum and much more. Modern urban innovation, vibrant lifestyle, astonishing natural beauty, state of the art infrastructures and of course the warm Athenian hospitality make it a great destination for an unforgettable journey.

MYKONOS – THE ISLAND FOR ALL YOUR SENSES

Mykonos is Greece’s most famous cosmopolitan island, a whitewashed paradise in the heart of the Cyclades. White, cubic settlements are shining under god Apollo’s light while Chora’s windmills perched on the hill overlooking the harbour, stand still for centuries creating a fantastic scenery combined with the Greek Church belfries and colorful domes. Whether you are an entertainment junkie out for a real good time, or wish to explore the island’s history and tradition, Mykonos will certainly meet your expectations.

SAVOURING CRETE ON A PLATTER

Various archaeological finds as well as Knossos’ palace wall paintings confirm the fact that Crete’s culinary tradition dates back to the Minoan Period. Four thousand years ago Cretans used almost the same food products as are being used today.

Cretan hospitality consists of eating on set tables with deliciously large quantities of food and delicacies prepared with products deriving from the motherland: fruits, vegetables, pulses, and herbs, goat meat and sheep cheese. All is generously topped with a good amount of Cretan olive oil, a combination that makes the Cretan diet one of the healthiest in the world.

COSTA NAVARINO AND THE MESSINIAN REGION BIODIVERSITY

Messinia is a region with one of the highest biodiversity ratings in Europe, in terms of both species and ecosystems. At a close distance from Navarino Bay, between the village of Gialova and the bay of Voidokilia, extends Gialova lagoon, one of the most significant wetlands in all of Europe. Gialova lagoon has a unique and diverse bird population comprising 271 different species and is home to Europe’s only population of African chameleons.
