Instead of dealing with multiple suppliers and many proposals, we offer you ongoing support with everything from the enquiry through to the event delivery.

For hotels, venues, activities and suppliers on behalf of the event planner based on the strong local relationships. This is due to the global production placed from all markets. Agency commission is also offered upon request.

We work closely with partners in destinations who speak the same language as suppliers, and the language spoken widely in the destination.

Our teams are on hand in the destination to accompany your site inspections and arrange transportation to visit hotels, restaurants, and venues (a charge would be applied accordingly for this)

Our partners work with selected suppliers and offer a non-biased approach, to match the brief accurately. We also advise when we believe that something will not work, to optimise your event for success.

Our partners support you with the entire project – from venue sourcing to event delivery – along with all components such as off-site dinners and any activities.
